Cool web design tips

Great web design doesn’t mean lots of flash videos, welcoming pages and glowing text. On the contrary, the less of the mentioned scenarios you go for the better. If people want to see high definition video they will probably want to use video processors instead of downloading special plug-ins to view the contents of your site. Just don’t think that much about yourself, no one will choose to waste time if all users want is to find out your telephone number or the type of services you have. So keep design simple and forget abut stuff good for web fairs and contests only.

When you decide to build a website start from clear purpose it will serve. If it’s clear to you it will be clear to the user especially if you make no secret out of it. It should be stated together with your mission and the long-term goals of your company on the home page. You should always also have content that is up to date and dated properly. Timely updates are also a must. Web design has its fashion that comes and goes too so it won’t be most stylish to have a gadget up that was in vogue five years ago. Be creative!
